Cesare Berlingeri He was born in Cittanova (RC) in 1948. In the seventies, in Rome, he worked as a set designer and costume designer for theater and television. In 1976 he began working with the Soligo gallery in Rome and approached his artists: Turcato, Angeli, Festa.
