Lucia Pescador was born in Voghera on February 9, 1943. She graduated from the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan, Prof. Usellini's School of Decoration. She was a teacher at the Liceo Artistico in Milan. He worked mainly on paper supports, favoring drawing. He has exhibited since 1965 in Italy and abroad.
A series of very small and very large drawings dedicated to the painter Kasimir Malévic from the 1990s are exhibited in 1992 in the Refettorio delle Stelline in Milan in a documentary exhibition of his last ten years of work entitled "A ship for Kasimir" curated by Lea Vergine.
At the end of the same year "The inventory of the end of the century with the left hand" began, an inventory that progresses by themes, made up of pairs of images of the culture of our century, carried out with the left hand on used papers.
The items collected are: Art, Nature, Architect, Vases, Hotel du Nord, Africa, Decoration, Puzzles, Itinerants between West and East and Hotel Meublè Berlin and Bauhaus

These environments made up of wavy and natural shapes inspire rhythmic patterns. Their layered parts that hang freely in space are infused with direct and diffused light that creates opaque and transparent passages and a play of light and shadow effects. The metaphor of the garden was at the center of this work, creating a series of idyllic spaces for contemplation and meditation. Another genre pursued by Churchill using paper is again influenced by drawings from nature and by a sophisticated and profound knowledge of the various aspects and direction of modernist art, in particular of abstraction
