Michail Fëdorovič (or Michel) Larionov (Tiraspol, 22 May 1881 - Fontenay-aux-Roses, 10 May 1964) was a Russian painter, set designer and costume designer.
Ukrainian by birth, at the beginning of the century he was one of the leaders and the most active organizer of futurism and the emerging Russian avant-garde. Among his closest collaborators and friends were K. Malevič, V.E. Tatlin (who considered him his teacher) and the Burljuk brothers.
Then emigrated to France, he devoted himself mainly to the theatrical activity.
